While these houses are completely independent of each other, they can interconnect for a large house party. As we bought this house later than the first, and as it needed major renovations, the furniture reflects a somewhat more modern sensibility - of the twenties and thirties. The living and work space on the middle floor is in line with the utilitarian and sleek kitchen, which has been perfect for the cooking and entertaining that we love to do. Most recently, we have added a balcony to the back of the house, allowing us to dine outdoors without ever leaving our house as well as the shared solar heated swimming pool .
